1. Credit Packages

1.1. Our service operates on a pay-as-you-go model where users purchase credit packages for processing documents.

1.2. Credits are valid for 18 months from the date of purchase.

1.3. Unused credits expire after the 18-month validity period and cannot be refunded or extended.

2. Refunds and Credits

2.1. We generally do not offer refunds for purchased credit packages.

2.2. Credits are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash or other forms of value.

2.3. In exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Such circumstances may include:

  • Technical issues on our end that significantly impair your ability to use our services
  • Erroneous charges or billing errors

2.4. To request a refund in exceptional circumstances, please contact our customer support at [email protected] within 14 days of the purchase date. Please provide an explanation of the issue.

2.5. If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

3. Free Credits

3.1. Users receive 50 free credits per month upon creating an account, without the need to provide payment details.

3.2. These free credits allow users to use our software for free for processing up to 50 pages per month.

3.3. Free credits are not eligible for refunds or cash conversion.

4. Cooling-off Period

4.1. For credit package purchases, we offer a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with our services during this period, you may request a refund by contacting our customer support.

4.2. The refund amount will be calculated based on the remaining (unused) credits. For example, if you purchased a 500-credit package and used 50 credits, you will be refunded 90% of the purchase price.

5. Chargebacks

5.1. We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks can result in additional fees and may lead to the permanent suspension of your account.

5.2. If you believe an unauthorized charge has been made to your account, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

6. Changes to This Policy

6.1. We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
