Refund Policy

Who we are: This Refund Policy is issued by DEH Technologies LLC (doing business as Invoice Data Extraction).
Merchant of Record: All purchases are processed by Paddle acting as Merchant of Record and reseller. Paddle issues invoices/receipts, determines and remits taxes, and processes refunds where applicable. Your card/buyer data is handled under Paddle’s terms.
1. Credit Packages
1.1. The Service is pay-as-you-go. You purchase credit packages for document processing.
1.2. Credits are valid for 18 months from purchase.
1.3. Unused credits expire after 18 months and are not refundable, transferable, or convertible to cash or other value.
2. Refunds
2.1. Generally non-refundable. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable. See our Terms of Service §5.5.
2.2. Error/issue review. We will review, in good faith, requests involving:
- • duplicate or erroneous charges; or
- • technical issues on our side that materially prevented use shortly after purchase.
2.3. How to request. Email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your order/receipt number and details. Where a refund/adjustment is approved, it will be processed by Paddle to the original payment method.
2.4. Free credits. Monthly free credits are complimentary, carry no monetary value, and are not eligible for refunds.
3. No Cooling-Off Period
We do not offer a blanket “cooling-off” right for business purchases of digital credits. Nothing here limits any non-waivable rights under applicable law.
4. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks may incur fees via Paddle and can result in suspension of the account associated with the disputed transaction.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are effective upon posting with the “Last updated” date above.
