What happens if a page or file fails to process? Do I still get charged?
No. A credit is only consumed when our system successfully processes a page. If a page or file fails to process for any technical reason (e.g., it is a corrupted file, or there a system error), it will be flagged in your dashboard and will not count against your credit balance. While our AI is highly accurate on most financial documents, a successful process does not guarantee a 100% error-free extraction. You are charged for the successful processing of the page, not for a guarantee of perfect accuracy on every field.
Are the prices shown inclusive of sales tax or VAT?
No. All prices shown on our website are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Our payment provider, Paddle, will automatically calculate and add the appropriate sales tax or VAT based on your billing location during the checkout process. The final price will be clearly displayed before you confirm your payment.
Which countries do you support?
Our service is available to users globally. Our payment provider, Paddle, processes payments from most countries. Due to international sanctions and payment processing limitations, we are currently unable to offer paid services to users in these unsupported countries.
Users in all locations are welcome to sign up for and use our permanent free usage tier.
If I buy a credit bundle, do I still receive my 50 free pages each month?
Yes. Your 50 free monthly pages are always available to you, regardless of whether you have purchased credits. The system will always use your free monthly credits first before drawing from your purchased balance.
Do my purchased credits expire?
Purchased credits are valid for 18 months from the date of purchase, giving you ample time to use them as your workload demands. The 50 free credits provided in the permanent free usage tier reset at the beginning of each calendar month and do not roll over.
What is your refund policy?
As a general rule, one-time payments for processing credits are non-refundable. We provide a permanent free tier with 50 pages per month specifically to allow you to thoroughly test our service and confirm its suitability for your documents before making a purchase.
