Yes. The workflow is identical: upload the statements, describe the columns you want, download the rows. Yes. Digital PDFs, scanned PDFs and photos (JPG, PNG) all work. Unlike OCR, which only turns an image into text, our AI reads a scanned statement the way you would, so what comes back is transactions in your columns, not a page of text. On a faint scan, a value or a row the panel of AI agents cannot agree on is flagged as Review Needed, with what to check.

You choose. Describe the columns you want in plain language: for example date, description, money out, money in, and running balance, one row per transaction. You can also request opening and closing balances, filter to specific transaction types, or add columns like a client name or account label.

Yes. Every conversion can be downloaded as Excel (.xlsx), CSV (.csv), or JSON (.json). Because you control the column layout through your prompt, you can shape the CSV to match the import format your accounting software expects.

Uploaded statements are encrypted in transit and at rest, never used to train AI, and permanently deleted within 48 hours. Your results stay for 90 days so you can download them again, and you can delete anything yourself at any time. Your documents and results are stored in the United States. A panel of AI agents has to agree on every value. A value or a row the panel cannot agree on is flagged as Review Needed, with what to check, so you check only the less certain transactions, not every line of every statement. In the results viewer, one click opens that row beside the statement page it came from. A page that fails is reported, never skipped in silence.

Yes. A batch takes up to 6,000 files, including single PDFs up to 5,000 pages, and every page and every file is read and checked the same way as the first, so a year of statements, or a month of every client's, goes in as one job. Several jobs can run at once, and a job that comes round every month can run from your own systems through the REST API, with Python and Node.js SDKs.
