    Payslips, pay stubs, payroll registers or provider reports, as PDFs, scans or phone photos. One PDF holding every employee's payslip is fine. Tell our AI to skip a report's summary pages, and it will.

    Gross, each deduction, net, period and reference numbers, in plain words. Or say the job you are doing, a payroll reconciliation for instance, and our AI works out the columns.

Which payroll documents does it handle?

Payslips, pay stubs, payroll registers, payroll journals and the reports payroll providers such as ADP, Paychex or Gusto produce, as digital PDFs, scans or phone photos. Describe the columns you want and every document comes back in them, whatever the provider or country.

Can it break out statutory deductions?

Yes. Ask for the deduction lines you need as their own columns: income tax or PAYE, social insurance or NI, pension contributions, garnishments, or whatever the payslips carry. Payslips from several countries can come back in one set of columns, each country's deductions under the names you give them.

Is payroll data safe to upload?

Never used to train AI: your documents are used to produce your spreadsheet and nothing else. Uploaded documents are permanently deleted within 48 hours. Your results stay for 90 days so you can download them again, and you can delete anything yourself at any time. Documents and results are encrypted in transit and at rest, and stored in the United States. A data processing agreement is already in place for business accounts: GDPR, UK GDPR and US state privacy terms apply with nothing to sign, and a countersigned copy is available on request. Does it work with payslips from any country?

Yes. Layouts, languages and deduction schemes differ from country to country, and UK, Irish, Australian, South African, German and other payslips all come back the same way: in the columns you describe, with dates and numbers in the formats you ask for.

Yes. A REST API with Node.js and Python SDKs runs the same extraction and returns structured JSON, for recurring payroll work or extraction inside your own systems. Your own agent can also run the extraction itself, through the MCP server or the skill it installs from this site.
